MFF – Farm Club/Guild

Written by interested in MFF - F.A.Q.

Farmers' Club? What is that?

From level 10 onwards, you can become a member of a farmers' club or found one of your own. Here you can meet some like-minded players, swap ideas and play together. With farmers' club quests you can get points which improve your place in the farmers' club ranking or get decoration objects which you can put on your showcase farm. These decoration objects can be unlocked by completing club quests.

How do I found a farmers' club?

As a club founder you need a free building lot, because you have to put the club house somewhere. It can be constructed like any other building. You just have to come up with a groovy name and write a short description for your club. Furthermore, you can set an admission fee which goes to the system (admission can also be free). The club name can't be changed, but you can change the description at any time.

Where do I sign?

When you have reached level 10, you can join a club. Either you already know some clubs through friends or you choose a club by looking at the statistics in the village. Next to the club name, in the statistics, you'll find a contact button. Using that button lets you apply for the respective club(s).

At first, you get the status "Candidate" and can enter the club house. As soon as the club administration has decided about your membership application, you are promoted from "candidate" to "member". You can go to the club house, just use the little "secret path" behind your house.

The club administration can charge an admission fee. This fee goes to the system and is mostly used to regulate the amount of members. When a candidate withdraws his application or is declined, he gets his fee back. Full members don't get it back.

Who's the boss?

The founder is automatically the club's president and has full permissions to administrate the club. He can asign a vice president who relieves his superior a bit, but he has not all of his rights. The club administration can promote candidates to full members, kick out members as well as choose and start the club quests.

The club president can also demote the vice president to normal-member status, pass on the club administration to his vice president (who needs a free building lot for the club house) and even shut down the whole club.

The club president earns points for the accomplishment of quests when the club has at least three members. The amount of points is 1% of the points which are necessary to advance from the current level to the next one – never more than 500.000 points, depending on the quest number. The club president will receive the maximum amount of points when the highest stage has been completed. He gets less points for lower quest stages. The quests which are 10 stages below the highest accomplished stage will leave the club president with … no points. Really, he doesn't get any! Example: The club president is in level 25 and his farmers' club accomplishes quest 30. The club president gets 1% of (50,050,000-37,440,000) points, i.e. 126,100 points. On the other hand, if the club quest number 5 has to be repeated, the club president receives no more points.

The newsticker

The newsticker shows you all the relevant club info. Who has left the farm club? Who has sent a membership application to join the club? Which club quest has been started or completed?

The club administration itself can also write and delete messages. These messages are displayed in the newsticker.

Club quests

The club administration can choose a quest at the wheelbarrow, and every member can participate. The current, highest-stage quest and every completed quest are available. The quests always have different requirements. Quests can't be canceled once they have been started.

A countdown will be displayed at the barrow once a quest has been started. The required products need to be delivered on time in order to complete the quest. For very fast completions, you get a bonus. Every member can pull the item from the shelf into his barrow, contributing his share. It doesn't matter, if you haven't completed a quest successfully. You can always try again.

That way, also small farmers' clubs have a chance to keep up with the larger ones, as the amount of members is considered while determining the amount of contribution.

The club members and their president receive the maximum score when the highest-level quest is completed successfully. Lower-level quests render fewer points, and quests that are 10 levels below the highest quest that has been completed render no points. The club has to accommodate at least six members in order to get points.

Club quests – Points, points, points

The club members and their president receive the maximum score when the highest-level quest is completed successfully. Lower-level quests render fewer points, and quests that are 10 levels below the highest quest that has been completed render no points. The club has to accommodate at least six members in order to get points.

As the club president provides shelter for his club members (the club house), he receives more points than the other club members. The number of points the club president receives amounts to 0.01 x (point limit of his next level – point limit of his current level). The highest number of points he is able to receive is (200,000 / 100 * quest number) points, including the member points.

Example: The club president is level 25 and completes club quest number 30. The club president receives 1% of (50,050,000-37,440,000) points, that is 126,100 points. Starting with club quest 61, the club members will receive points, too. These points are reckoned up by the respective member's prestige points. One prestige points renders one point. The maximum number of points is 20,000.
